Senior Programmer / UI Developer (Programmer 5)

Our client is seeking a Senior Programmer (Programmer 5) to work within a designated application team — Application Development Manager, Project Manager, Technical Lead, Business Analyst, Database Analyst, and Quality Analyst — in an iterative development environment. The role focuses on user interface development in support of project specifications and design guidelines, and includes collaboration with technical team members and designers to create and refine UI designs.

Scope of Activities:

• Review and understand the project’s design and user experience goals
• Participate in requirements and design review sessions to gather and refine UI requirements
• Develop and test user interfaces in support of project specifications and design guidelines
• Collaborate with technical team members and designers to create and refine UI designs
• Provide status of work and deliverable estimates to the Project Manager and Technical Lead
• Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve issues and risks
• Resolve issues of design feasibility, cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and performance optimization
• Create and maintain UI mockups, wireframes, and prototypes
• Integrate UI components with backend services through close collaboration with backend developers

Required Skills:

• 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study (advanced study preferred)
• 4+ years of C# development experience
• 4+ years of HTML and CSS
• 4+ years of JavaScript
• 4+ years of standard SQL
• Experience designing and implementing responsive and accessible web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3+, Bootstrap 4+, and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Git
• Angular
• UX/UI Design experience
